This toon introduces billy, the little dick.And i mean LITTLE. He may be vertically challenged but he makes up for it by being an ass hole.
He also likes to be dramatic.Expect a plot twist with this guy around.
P.s. by the way, im hoping to make my comic quite serious.One liners can only go so far.
